Hello, I’m Gabrielle
I’ve worked as a Craniosacral therapist since 2002 practicing both in clinics and from my home in South London. I trained with the Institute of Craniosacral Studies, a pioneering training in the biodynamic field, with Mathew Appleton, Graham Kennedy and Liz Kalinowska.
I had my first class of yoga in 1997 in a small and dark basement in New York. I began teaching in 2006. I trained in both an integral yoga practice and a therapeutic, Scaravelli inspired approach. I’ve held group and one to one’s sessions, workshops and retreats.
Exploring both movement and stillness in a therapeutic space for 25 years, dancing was my first passion. I started training very young and worked for 15 years as a professional dancer including with Rambert Dance Company and The Cholmondeleys. I’ve performed in hugely different spaces from the Paris Opera House to the cabaret field at Glastonbury festival.
I’ve been burned out and broken. I’m grateful to be the owner of 2 new hips and to have come through early stage breast cancer. I love being in nature and drinking strong coffee (often both together)
I care deeply about people, animals and the earth. I believe we need a more equitable society and during the chaos of this time, it feels fundamental to reconnect with the home of our bodies, each other and the earth.

My Approach
I will meet you right where you are. I bring various tools from my therapeutic and lived experience to support you so you can evolve and grow. I think we’re in an ongoing process of integrating at each stage of life. I believe we do this much better when we are in relationship, resourced and connected.
